You’re always going to be surrounded by clouds if you’re part of the Akatsuki, so you might as well carry an umbrella with you. And since these clouds represent a rain of blood, you don’t want to be caught in the storm without protection. You’ll never wash that stuff out.
This Naruto Shippuden Akatsuki Cloud Umbrella protects you from the rain, but you’ll have to join the Akatsuki first. So, if you don’t have a problem with questionable loyalties, it really is a nice umbrella. They’ll also teach you Umbrella Jutsu.
